Carboplast Ltd. represents the Italian company – TPV Compound, for Bulgaria. This company is a leader in the formulation and production of rigid compounds for extrusion and injection molding applications.

• TPV Compound is a company leader in the production and marketing of PVC compounds. The company turnover is euro 100 million with 200 employees out of whicj 7 in R and D department. The volume of their production is 80 Ktpa from the plants of Argenta (FE), Frosinone and Villanova d’Ardenghi (PV), they produce above 3 000 compounds for all PVC applications and have more than 700 customers worldwide.

They are constantly active in Research and Development of new materials, especially in collaboration with our customers, which is their point of excellence.

The wide range of compound grades and the wide variety of packaging types underline the attention to service that distinguishes TPV from its competitors.

In addition, TPV Mechanical Division realizes extruders and extrusion lines.

All TPV compounds are lead free (RoHS Regulation) and REACh friendly.

TPV compounds are certificated in compliance with UL 94 V0 Class (Yellow Card), NFP 92-501 fire resistance M1 Class, UNI 8772, ISO 9080 (M.R.S. 50 years).
